Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mediator Panel - Accreditation through Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (the "HKMAAL") is now accepting applications for accreditation as a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Mediator through Hong Kong.

Applications must be submitted online by filling out the application form: https://hkmaal.org.hk/en/gba-application.php. Applicants may apply for accreditation through only one of the following jurisdictions: the Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong SAR or the Macau SAR. Applications through multiple jurisdictions submitted by the same applicant will not be accepted nor considered.

Persons intended to apply for accreditation through Hong Kong must peruse and understand the following items:

"The Greater Bay Area Mediator Accreditation Rules (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) (English cursory translation)” (Click Here), and
"Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mediators (Hong Kong) Professional Code of Conduct (English cursory translation)” (Click Here)

Applicants should prepare the necessary information and document proof (only image files in .JPG or .PDF formats of 5mb or below would be accepted) in advance and allow sufficient time to complete the application form. Applicants may also prepare the answers first in an MS Word document.
